Mexico's Problem
Our Gain.
The "lack" of interest and outrage (except from the usual [Liberal] suspects among Times devotees) reflects the
FACT that most consider Mexico's internal activities regarding their business practices unimportant to US with the consumer advantage in produce
purchasing far more important.
And, they're RIGHT !
Having read the articles and commentary as I daily perused the L.A. [Socialist Peoples Daily] Times, I tend to agree with the analyst who noted that
for most (if not all) of the workers, the work "represented a step-UP from what they could otherwise do" otherwise
it would be an unworkable economic model.
IF, in fact, it IS an improvement overall from what their lives would actually be .....................GOOD.
For Them and US !

F.U. you conservative a$$ bite!
Dont try and tell me what's right. I will choose to withdraw my dollars from unethical businesses for myself, without YOU telling me what's right and
what's wrong.
Purchasing power is NOT far more important to some of us with ethics. Typical "ends justifies the means attitude" I see in so many conservative
deekheads.
You REALLY think that being locked up and being beaten for escaping is a step UP???????
Oh yeah, and merry plucking Christmas to you, too.........

Have a Holly Jolly Christmas
And spend that Dinero wherever you wish.
As will I.
I'm pretty sure that the future will bear out my optimism that those who decide to withhold their spending as a form of protest will have pretty much
NO effect at all.
Other than feeling warm and fuzzy about themselves.
Which is OK.
When Mexican workers (in large enough numbers) decide that they won't accept unfair treatment, it will stop.
Well, OK, maybe not.
But, in any case...................."I don't want to set the world on fire, I just want to" ............... get the best run for the $$$$ ?
Where's it all END ?
Quit buying clothes from Bangladesh ?
That'll be the Day, as the Duke" might say.

Once again, Bill lays it all out in a concise, meaningful, and logical manner that all socialists can do is wonder why such a brilliant mind such as
his has been cast off to a forum on Baja California...

Yet another brilliant bit of writing and editing by the Pundit of Puke.
Bile, I believe the ending quotation mark should have been after the word 'Day' " (should not be capitalized btw) instead of 'Duke' for correct
grammars' sake, and you forgot the front quotation mark as well. Very bad faux pas of penmanship.... again.
If you claim to be so superior to everyone else, why not try to live up to it? Maybe someone will believe you...
.....or not.

Superiority is RELATIVE
Superiority is NOT perfection.
Being superior in this context would simply mean making fewer errors than other contributors.
I am confident that such is the case in at least 90+ percent of the posts on this site.
For whatever that's worth.
AND, in your heart, you KNOW I'm right.
As Barry might say.
The capitalization is, of course, simply used for affect as it was with Marty.

.... I think the word you meant to use was 'effect', Mr. Bile. Another 'oopsie'?
Superiority my bleedin' dyin' burro.
p.s.: Don't look now, but your thin epidermis is showing....

AFFECT V. EFFECT
As often said, "Opinions are like A-holes and Buddha surely has a prominent one".
Or, something like that.
The debate over affect versus effect is one that rages constantly and I always enjoy the debate.
In most cases, the difference is clear (although incorrect usage common) while an argument can be made in other applications.
In the instance noted, I'd argue that the affect was designed to have an effect on the Buddha and his ilk, but
WHATEVER.
It's a purely recreational pursuit accomplishing nothing more than passing time on a (currently) drizzly day ? After all, where else can you have so
much harmless fun at no cost irritating those whose opinions have no meaningful effect on any part of your life ?
"And the beat goes on".
And on and on and on and......................well, you know.
Until the next time.
And the next and the next and the next.
However, it's time to head to Walmart.
Which does take priority.
"Hasta la Vista Buddha".
As Arnie might say.

AFFECT VS. EFFECT
Just for fun on an otherwise boring day, I just HAD to go to the dictionary and guess what I found:
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/affect?s=t
and :
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/effect?s=t
Under the latter, case-in-point under "noun" heading, #5 says " Psychiatry. an expressed or observed emotional response:
"Restricted, flat, or blunted affect may be a symptom of mental illness, especially schizophrenia."
I hope on your trip to Walmart you remember to stop by the pharmacy and pick up your meds.
Don't drop your heat out of your geeky-looking belly-pack on the counter and accidentally shoot the clerk.
Or yourself.... well, maybe.... Canseco did.
Gawd I love twisting Trolls' ears! They squeal like Ned Beatty did.
Hasta la vista, Bile.

Remaining Unaffected
Regardless of the effect.
With ears untwisted and energies unimpeded, I'm back for the duration undaunted and unimpressed.
Having not needed to shoot anyone at Walmart or Builders Supply, I will now (undoubtedly) continue on as I please unafraid to freely express
unqualified contempt for opposing views secure in the knowledge that my opinions are unassailable and immune from criticism which I hold in contempt.
BTW, "Winter-Mode" brings about one upside to said shopping forays in that the options for concealment make the "Camera-Pouch carry"
unnecessary.
In any case, "accidentally" shooting anyone (including myself) is not possible given that ANY of my choices, including the current P-64 would
require intention.
SO, "No worries, Mate".
As Hogan might say.

Bile? News? Really...
The affect of your effect and the fact you've not shot anyone... yet... is no news at all.
Glad your ears are back to normal, you probably don't like cauliflower anyway. Of course, unassailable and immune from criticism is your greatest
azzets, next to your humility, huge stature and good dressing skills.
Still fun to hear the EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !!!
As Ned would scream.

Setting the Standard for Squeal
Would have been Buddha's sappy whine over his lost sissy bunk-buddy boy in Vietnam.
Recommended reading for all. A real tearful squall.
Over and Out.
Until the next round of Flatulent Fun Flak.

Lencho Buddha Bashing ?
Given that MY initial post on this subject was simply a (contrary) view ON POINT and the initiation of vitriolic verbiage came in a response
from Buddha Boy, I would a-s-sume that any distaste for (inept) gratuitous personal attack would be directed towards him.
