Anyone know the daytime procedure and locations to get a tourist card and pay at Mexicali East?

Once you go across the border, turn right into the secondary area.but turn after the secondary . There is a parking lot there. You can't miss it. Then
walk back to the imagration area once you get your paperwork you walk back to the bank ( first building in the parking area). Then, once you pay you
take the receipt back to imagration it sounds hard but very easy. Figure a 1/2 hour.

I don't have a photobucket account so I'll describe this image.
The Immigration office is in the square-roofed area right at the top of the picture (the road to enter Mexico, and the red/green lights, are under
it). Not in the car park at the bottom.
The bank is a little below where it's marked, it's the first office (nearest Immigration) in the thin building running vertically up the picture (the
wider white building to the right of it is the roof of secondary).
Parking is possible between secondary and the bank (where there's that row of white, red, black and white cars, or the parking spaces to the left).
Those are often busy (with car importers), so overflow parking is where "Parking and FMM" is marked.
So, to clarify: park either in the spaces behind secondary (in front of the thin office building on the left), or in the overflow parking further
down. Walk North past those blue and red cars, past the long sloping roof incorrectly marked "Bank" (it's actually a covered walkway), to the
building at the top of the picture. Get stuff done with immigration, walk back via the covered walkway to the first office in the building below that
(where there's a blue smudge). Go back to the immigration with the receipt, get stamped up and return to your car.
