Casa Adams -PUNTA CHIVATO $290K
After many years, our good friends are selling their home in Punta Chivato
I will post some pics as we were just visiting them yesterday
BERNICE 615 155-9460 casatenbaja@gmail.com
PRICE US$290,00O.00
The Master and guest rooms (I will confirm but I think there are 4) are beautiful and the whole house is decorated a la Mexican with tile work
throughout. Truly a remarkable home.
the kitchen:
back yard beachside BBQ - there is one in the front courtyard as well, for more private gatherings.
Les and Rex enjoying the internet on the beachside back porch
This is the view looking out towards the left - there is a Jacuzzi right on the edge, overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
Water is not an issue since there is a huge pila/storage container.
Punta Chivato is off the grid but the solar system is excellent in this home.
There are extensive gardens all around the house but it is all geared towards conservation with watering scheduled for once a month.
There are lots more pics but this gives you an idea of the beauty. We slept to the lapping of waves and woke to the birds singing.
Please buy it and invite us to visit as we have for the last 8 years!

a couple more:
front courtyard entrance to house
front courtyard looking to the left with kitchen setup:
and this to me is the million dollar view from the inside of the house, looking at the Sea of Cortez...I call this the Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh photo:
I also thought I would mention that PUNTA CHIVATO has an active committee that is very involved in bettering the lives of students in their
community and they promote lots of activities throughout the year: xmas parties, new years parties, fishing tournaments, card games and we found out
today that san Bruno resident Jim plays at the Hotelito restaurant every other Friday! We haven't heard him yet, but I will post after we do in a
couple weeks!

They have a lot of friends here that would prefer they stay ... forever....
I guess we all move on eventually.
For some one that likes to entertain and have guests this home is really ideal. Quiet neighborhood near the boat ramp and restaurant, golf course and
air strip taxi way. Patio jacuzzi is a real bonus any time of year. Fish right off the rocks out front too.
Bahia Concepcion where life starts...given a chance!

4 bdrms, 3 baths. Furniture included, 2 generators, numerous extras.
Very close to launch ramp. Large boat garage, and car garage, gasoline
garage, generator room and storage room. 3 fish cleaning counters. 20
ft Shamrock available.
---------------------------------*********----------------------------
Those are the owner's words above. What I called bbq pits are fish cleaning stations hahahaha
I had a good laugh over that one!
It was very hard to post this house. We love it and have gone there for years and years. We consider the front guest room ours. ))))
