Need recommendations for project near Ensenada
Seeking recommendations for finding companies and workers in Ensenada to help with various tasks, including: landscaping, demolition, hauling and
fence construction.
Initially I want to install a perimeter fence, demolish an existing structure, haul/dispose debris, and begin improving a partially vacant lot.
Some of this is simple unskilled labor, some will require more skill, planning etc.
My goals are to secure the lot, tear down a small structure that's currently on site, haul away an old travel trailer, and then deliver and stay in a
new trailer during construction of a new residence.
If you have used a company in the Ensenada area for similar work and/or could recommend contractors, I'd appreciate your suggestions!
Thank you for any leads.

New Construction
Morales construction of San Felipe/Ensenada has been building custom homes at the Baja Country Club. You should come out and see his work

Thank you. Do you have any phone# by chance, from their truck maybe?
I'll be coordinating this from San Diego, and be there Fridays/weekends. So I
would like to call ahead to schedule meetings if possible.

Where is your project? Hate to say it, but you're expecting a US style of efficiency rarely seen in these parts.

Morales
I'll check on contact info. he has been building custom homes for Americans/Canadians for several years in the San Felipe area and is highly
recommended.
One of the San Felipe people brought him over to the Ensenada side to build their summer house at the golf course and his business here has taken off
That said, you should still check out his work. they are here on Fridays and usually most of the day on Saturdays.
The smarter people here are using him over the local contractors

Hola, We have used this gentleman to do several things for us and he is quite dependable. He is sober and runs a clean site. He has built a wall with
an attached bodega and nice wood/metal gate. He strung a 3 wire barb wire fence around our 1 acre property and is very resourceful. He is located in
Uruapan south of Ensenada. You can friend him on face book. He has pictures of his kids and of the work he has done. His name is Gabino Maldonado.
Good luck.

Are you in San Miguel? if so go to the guard shack and ask for Felix. He does a lot of work in the village.

I agree with MMc..get someone from there to do it for you. Contact my daughter Sirena as she lives close by and knows lots of those folks there so can
probably give you some contacts...maybe the surf club can help clean things up too as they can use the funds.
