Loreto/Carmen

LaTijereta,

You gonna be in Loreto in October? Think we have a place a block in from the Ramp.
Renting it from October through May. Bringing my 19 Dusky.....would love to make a trip over to Mag Bay! Pulling the boat with an F-350 Diesel, launching will not be a problem. Going to Lewis & Lewis for Insurance....will get licenses, tourist card/FM3 on arrival in Loreto..What's your thoughts? Adios. George

Geroge,

Get your FM3 now at your local consulate and have them add a work permit to yours so you can work on your corporation building your houses. You don't want to get deported for working without a permit.

Be sure you take your corporation paperwork and deed with you . This will make it simpler to get the permits and FM3.

You will also be able to take your home appliances, dishes, and some furiture with you, like that favorite chair....etc.

You only have a month left, you should get "moving".

Remember go to rollybrook.com and look at his importing paperwork. It has to be written in spanish.

You will need to renew the FM3 in Loreto next year.

Good luck and keep us "posted".

FM-3

George,
You can take care of your FM-3 at the immigration office in Loreto. You want to start the process in Loreto, so all the papers are on file in Loreto. It makes it alot easier dealing with the renewals each year.:bounce:

I hope to be down in October, but I am still a working stiff:(, and dealing with problems in the shop.
