Much warmer here, both water and air, with less NW wind than normal.

^^ Agree.
As a frequent winter traveller to the west coast lagoons since the 80s (annual trips for many years) I have to say it has been much warmer than I
recall from past decades.
I've been camping at GN and San Ignacio during "typical" winter storms that come out of the north with a cold, windy vengeance. Anything not tied down
would be in danger of blowing away and warm clothing was mandatory.
This year, during January and February trips, the "storms" I encountered that resulted in rain were warm, and the last one was out of the south with
lightning- more like a chubasco you would expect in summer.
Upside: rainbows in both January & February!

Cloudy this morning and it looks like it might sprinkle. Pineapple Connection with warm rains from the Eastern Pacific this winter. Spring weather
is beginning to show with a few windy days. Paddle out before onshores pick up early. The desert is green. Come on down. Tio

On Pacific coastal northern BCS it seems that water temps are above normal, the rest of the pattern pretty standard. Mostly sunny and warm during the
day, long pants and windy in the afternoons with cool evenings. Haven't noticed a low in the 40's but I don't hover over the thermometer!
Mostly clear, calm and sunny here in Bahia Asuncion this morning.

Pretty much ditto what monoloco says. Here (at La Aguja) this year, and last year too, it's been a warmer winter than in past years.
That said, it's cloudy and a bit chilly today. Actually the last couple of days have been the most winter-like we've had this season.
