BajaTrailRider's legendary 2015 Nissan Diesel

Last month, Larry pulled a heavy Bronco across the Arroyo Grande, across deep sand to Hwy 5 where MICK's Ford Super Duty hauled the Bronco to Rio Hardy. This is the legendary, small truck that didn't break a sweat after TW's Tacoma hauled the Bronco up a tricky shelf road to the waiting Nissan truck.

Larry - a.k.a "Lorenzo de Baja/BajaTrailRider"

The engine compartment is unusually clean/free of Baja dirt!

It was great catching up with BajaTrailRider (a.k.a. - Lorenzo) last week!

Here's my photos of Larry's Diesel Truck from the Pole Line Road Run:

Larry was #7 in the lineup south of Cohabuzo Junction (John M's Tacoma is hard to spot on the other side of the two Jeeps, in front).

Arroyo Jaquegel, a mile east of the Suzuki wreck.

First full length 1942 pole, next to road.

Telephoto look down to part of group from mesa where Ford died.

Our camp #2 in Arroyo Jaquegel: Larry's truck with Ford attached, he pulled from mesa.

That truck performed great on the PLR. If what I read is right we will see more diesels in the small-mid size trucks and SUVs from other manufactures in the US before long.
