No extreme wind, river is rising and we are still hours away from any deluge from the mountains that would cause flooding. Have heard of one Mexican home destroyed, probably mudslide. Glory Hallelujah we still have electricity and phones, in most areas I know of. One of those mainland CFE trucks has been in this area for a day or two and from the occasional momentary outages, I think they are doing their job.
