Fire damage at Laguna Hansen or the Sawmill/Aseradero ?

Does anyone have information on how the village of El Aseradero made out during last week's fires? The lake and surrounding areas?

See TW's report in the Summit#3 thread for some fire data by Laguna Hanson.

Going to Laguna Hanson from the west (ojos Negro area) we saw a lot of the landscape burnt. But as we got closer to the Saw Mill area and around the lake (dry now) everything was green. North to La Rumorsa there were a couple of spots that were burnt but not much, probably from years past.

It's interesting because as we were headed to the summit area last Friday Emerson mentioned that the smoke above the mountains was from the Laguna Hanson area. It must of been the area west of the Saw Mill area.

At Saw Mill/Aseradero there appeared to be a big party going on with lots of people in a compound area but in hindsight it may have been those fighting or containing the fire.

The area just outside of La Huerta along the Compadre trail had a significant burn. The Cabaņas and picnic area along the creek northwest of La Huerta were okay but the surrounding area was burned.
Thanks for the info on the Sawmill and lake areas. When did you pass through there?
