San Felipe Arroyos and INEGI downloads

San Felipe Arroyos update.
The lost pictures are back in a larger format. Same pictures as before if you viewed then before the disappeared. But maybe I did it wrong in the first place and all you got was text?
I edited some typos and corrected the Jaquegel write up.

How to download INEGI TOPO maps
I also wrote up a more complete description on how to download the INEGI maps.

Be sure to forward any errors you find.
Thanks, Paul
