Diesel Available between El Rosario & Guerrero Negro?

Specifically, is there any diesel in Rosalilliaita? Or Catavina?
Thanks in advance

Bay of LA has it most of the time, yes it's out of the way. No diesel on the road.

Guess I should throw away my AAA Baja map and my Baja Almanac, because, by golly they both show Villa Jesus Maria just north of Guerrero Negro on Hwy 1....so apparently I must not have filled up on diesel there the last several times we have been to Guerrero Negro

I guess I should have been more succinct!
Between El Rosario and Rosalliaita (not Santa Rosalia)... I know at Jesus Maria I'm good
I don't care if its ULSD, I have a 2006 Ford 6.0

Travelled the route before, but haven't heard any updates on Catavina. I heard that there may be a guy in the small town right north of Rosalilliaita (Nuevo something) he may sell out of barrels along with gas

I think Bajaguy may be right. Have a couple of other Baja rats checking
Just may have to carry some jugs on the ATV carrier. We are fishing for those huge SpotFins and Corbina just north of Rosalilliaita

Hear its epic... we will have the Polaris' to foray the beaches

I'm interested in your ATV carrier. You mean it's NOT a trailer, but something that attaches to a hitch?

I ran a '96 Ford diesel for a while... from what I remember, I don't think I'd want to trust someone's diesel pumped out of a barrel, period. I bought bad fuel here in town in NM, and had to be towed; the station owner ended up paying for the tow and repairs. Bad place to get bad fuel. If I were you i'd invest in a couple of yeller bottles.

Yes, took photo... only a sign and a fenced area just south of L.A. Bay road. Will be in my trip report.

Edit to add photo... just as we were driving by saw the sign announcing a Pemex and mimi market coming to the big fenced area... sorry it's a blur... there is only a sign and fenced property... no construction as of July 26, 2015

It's a Los Pinos property (tomato farms of San Quintin)

I ran low on diesel one time returning from Rosalilita to BoLA and I pulled into Punta Prieta and was able to buy some diesel from a guy beside the road right there at the stop sign. This was a few years ago so don't know if he is still there, but in a pinch I would guess that someone would sell you enough diesel to get you to El Rosario.

The independent gasoline guys have had diesel for sale, as well. The guy at the parador parking lot (L.A. Bay junction) was there when I drove by both times the past two weeks. I can't say if he had diesel, as I didn't stop. The vendor at Cataviņa has sold diesel in past years.
