Thank you! I guess the paving company should have put a few more or bigger rocks on the road to force the detour better!? LOL

As Richard said "Before Ged new about editing software"...:lol:

I posted this a few months ago and was busy with other stuff aside from the laborious task of editing....boring for most, I imagine.....but it entertains me when I am missing Baja

Not familiar with Puertito but will have to check it out.

Too bad about the trash out at AV. This photo was from about 3 years ago and it was in good shape. There used to be a palapa there but it's now gone...unless someone rebuilt it.

Hope to spend a lot more time in Baja someday. I have about 8 more years in the salt mine and then it's sayonara. Or.....should I continue to work until I'm 70 so that I can max out my ss benefit? Oh.Hell.No.

If you want a leisurely, safe trip and are staying at the resort, I have a friend that lives in Encinada Blanca by the name of Samberto Castro. He has a new panga and takes people fishing, diving sight seeing etc. I have known him this past 8-9 years, very friendly and very honest. Just walk down the beach from the resort, into town (small) and at the store ask for him by name.......he and his family live right across the road.

Umpqua,

The puertito is the beach in front of the anchorage.. South of you about a mile plus..there is a tricky little four wheel low decline to get a truck down in there.. No prob for you're sweet Landy!
