Baja Literature... Classic Books, enjoy a look!

Want to share some of my new acquisitions with the Nomads. Look to the classified ads forum when I decide to part with some of them, as you guys will be the first to know! It is amazing to find uncirculated, some shrink wrapped, copies of great Baja books from 20-60 years ago!

The first is an all time classic published in 1953, and a Youtube Video has been circulating from the trip these four guys took together, over 60 years ago. One of them, Mike McMahan, went on to write his own book and produce beautiful wall maps of Baja from 1967-1983...

Here is Mike McMahan classic, hardback about all things related to Baja first published in 1973, with a second edition the next year. This was my favorite Baja book for many years!...

Tom Miller's 'The Baja Book' was the most popular Baja road guide after the Transpeninsular Highway was completed. It was re-published dozens of times with updated editions. Here is the 1992, 16th edition with kilometer markers and mileages...

This is a handy-to-use, paperback on the gray whales, published by the Monterey Bay Aquarium, 1991...

I have other titles to share, so stay tuned!
