I've used Vonny's in Punta
Banda (as referenced by Bajaguy above) for near shore fishing and have been very happy. I've never gone deep sea fishing, but have considered Sergio's for that purpose. Have fun!

In so. cal for a couple months, the tuna fishing 7-15 mi offshore,
has been historic. Don't know exactly how that translates to Ensenada. As mentioned P Banda Vonnys gets yellowtail,
different botom fish on a regular basis

Vonny's is fine. You just need to tell the capitan what you want. He will know where to go to find it and if you have a high or low probability of catching it. Barracuda, plenty. Lots of rock fish and ling cod. Some halibut. This is for Punta Banda area. Things change, of course.

Still plenty of YT and if you ask for Beto or Hector as your captain they will put you on them.
