Quick Road Report on Mex.3

Jana and I made a short trip to the Valle today (Guadalupe) and found most of Mex 3 a complete joy to drive.
1-Did not run into the chubby motorcycle cop in Tecate.
2-Mex 3 only had one bridge re-build project and the short detour (500') was paved! This was about 18 miles below Tecate.
3-About 5 miles below the bridge repair project, was another road tear-down, but in this instance Mextrans is only making the fill and pave job out of the west side of the land that parallels the road. So other than there being a huge drop-off on the southbound side of the road (about 4'), there is no slow-downs.
