Everything I've read said it was each way. That said, It would cost you that much to take a taxi from the border to the airport.

Each way per person. It would be cheaper to take a taxi if traveling with more people. The last I heard they have not decided the final price. Could be more than $15.

I think it's a private enterprise. Neither gov is involved except in the immigration staffing aspects. No profit, they'll close the doors. I could be wrong on this but I think that's it.

It IS a private project. They invested a ton of money into it.

As was mentioned in a prior post, if there is a group of you, a taxi will be cheaper. But, if it is one or two people, the bridge works.

You will also have to pay a toll on the new access road to get you there.

Bob, I think you're confusing the new Otay East POE with the airport bridge, which is accessed from the 905 via Britannia Blvd. I just did a test drive to find the new bridge facility. Very easy. No toll.

Sounds good in concept, except I will not pay $30 (round trip) to use it. I fly (solo) out of TJ on average of 5-8 per yr and have never paid more than $10 (one way) for a taxi.

If they offered a "Frequent User" discount program, I would join it for sure and also if they have a Sentri lane.

You can't do the Delta Truck Parking anymore. The City of San Diego changed their zoning and they're no longer allowed to park cars.

From what I have read, there will be short and long term parking options (the parking lot is huge), as well as ground transportation options on the US side. I also travel frequently from TJ-La Paz using Volaris. I book well ahead, and get great VC Club fares, so an extra $30 for the bridge is not a big deal for me. But, to each his own. Personally, I'm looking foward to it.
