Parking in Calexico?

Hey Nomads,

I have a meeting in Mexicali late next week. I'll be on my way to Phoenix to a shooting competition and obviously I'm not going to bring guns into Mexico. So I figured I'd walk across and taxi where I needed to go, but I have never had to walk across at Mexicali West.

Any suggestions for parking lots? Is AA Parking still there on 2nd St.? And is the pedestrian crossing still on the west side of the highway?

¡Gracias!
