Office is on the west side. What I did was use non declare and drive as if heading to town. Do not enter the customs lot which is the first thing you will see. Park on the right out of the right lane, just before the parking lot right turn. Just keep going until you find the place to park or head into the lot.
After you park walk back to the buildings and find INM. Expect delays because customs is processing car importation near INM and its easy to get in to the wrong line.
Then when you pay at the bank the customs line is way long, but if you ask .. the line for the INM is very short or empty.

The drill:
Get papers at the INM office walk to the bank, pay then take the papers back to the INM office, then proceed to Mexicali with either a left or right turn at the major intersection. I like the left turn, but many go right.

easy. Office is to the right as you pull in. Parking is ahead a little. We go in early morning and have never had a problem parking. There are quite a few maps of the border crossing there posted by different people,,,,,,,,,,, maybe someone will repost it for you. Have fun!!! Nancy

The officials in these offices are really nice and someone in there usually speaks some English. They will direct you to where you need to go if you get confused. Take Care---- "No Hurry, No Worry, Just FUN" bajafun777

I use the declare lane (far right) and just tell them I need immigration. I have never been searched using that lane. They will tell you to go park. Don`t take the first right out of the declare lane, that takes you to the customs area and is a mess. Go straight about 10 yards further and there are pull thru lanes with plenty of room for a trailer. The immigration office is back where you first talked to the border people.
