THE BEST DEAL on a beautiful beachfront home in Punta Chivato

Casa Sage is a 2000 sq ft, beautiful 2 bedrm/2 bath home with an enclosed garage, located on a gorgeous beach in Punta Chivato Baja Sur on the Sea of Cortes. Asking 260,000.00 USD

Casa Sage was built in 2007, and sits on a 1400 sq meter lot (50m x 28m), has an enclosed 2 car garage, (1200 sq ft) an additional covered carport.

There are covered ceramic tile patios all around the house and natural stone patios beyond, all surrounded with beautiful natural desert landscaping.
It has been meticulously maintained by the owners and is in immaculate condition. No deferred maintenance!

The Casa was carefully constructed out of concrete block and stucco, with a tile roof, and beautiful wood beams and custom wood doors throughout.

Walk down the covered entrance and through the handcrafted wood door, into the open kitchen and living area, and marvel at the spectacular 180 degree million dollar view of the Sea of Cortes.... There are three sets of double pane sliding glass doors off of the living room designed to let the outside in and take full advantage of this unbeatable location.

The two bedrooms and full baths are on each side of the house, with the kitchen and living between, and each bedroom has a sliding glass door that allows views and access to the covered patio with arches to perfectly frame the view. Colorful Talevera tile accent the bathrooms and the kitchen, to add a sense of Mexican style. The kitchen includes a walk in pantry, a bar, and opens up into the generous living and dining area.
Includes all the furnishings.

Punta Chivato is located 2 hours North of Loreto, on the Sea of Cortes. There is a 4,000 foot runway, so if you are a pilot, it is a dream location! Explore white sand beaches filled with shells! Punta Chivato is truly an undiscovered paradise, only 600 miles South of San Diego and represents the best of Baja living....remote and beautiful, yet with neighbors nearby. Off grid community; but water is plumbed right into the homes.

Beautiful home but not much of a kitchen, however.

Hi,
Thank you for the questions!
This home is located in Punta Chivato;
Punta chivato is beautifully "off grid";
All homes have solar systems and most have a back up generator for the uncommon days when there isn't sun.
Casa Sage has an existing Fideicomiso/Trust;
No HOA's.
Punta Chivato is accessed by a 12 mile dirt road from Hwy 1.
Water is brought right into the homes in Punta Chivato; water comes from the aqua fir then to a reservoir, then to the homes. It is metered.
Garbage is picked up once a week.
Propane is delivered to the homes.
30 min. drive to Mulege or to Santa Rosalia
Punta Chivato is a magical, beautiful place..
