Tijuana Border Banjercito Location for returning TIP? (I searched)

trying to narrow down just exactly where the border Banjercito to return my TIP (vehicle temporary important permit).

This older post:
http://forums.bajanomad.com/viewthread.php?tid=46324#pid5242...

seems to say the office is in the border zone; you have to navigate close to where you would be entering Tijuana from USA.
here:
https://www.google.com/maps/place/Tijuana,+Baja+California,+...

BUT, if you just google map Tijuana Banjercito... it points here:
https://www.google.com/maps/place/Banjercito/@32.508547,-116...

Can someone enlighten me?

return tip

I did a TIP return on a boat last year. The office is near the Otay border crossing. One block west of the Commercial truck crossing. Turn north at the corner (pemex) is across the street. There is a very tall antenna on the right side of road, pass that. Next corner
on the right you will see import/export/banjercito/Immigration offices. Just look for and head for the antenna and you will find it.
