No problem for basic 4x4. Steep and a bit rocky but not too eroded.

Graded, even. Also with cement pavement added in the worst parts (now crumbling).

When I drove it, (April 2014) there was quite a bit of unrepaired washed out sections. Not really needing four wheel drive as much as low range and
attention to clearance problems, and wheel placement.
After several hours of crawling, with short dashes of good road and zero other vehicles, I came across some turn outs with litter barrels! it kind of
made me wonder who would be using them, and who would be coming to empty them?
If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!
"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

I'm not sure. I took mine going towards the beach. With an iPhone.

OK, my inner geek is showing here, but I checked my dash cam from 2016, and you are both heading down to the beach. Very close to each other. David's
photo location is just beforehand, 17 seconds earlier in my video than Skipjack Joe. You can see SJ's rock with its distinctive plants on the right
side of DavidK's photo.
