Hi Jeff,

Is the land leased or included in the asking price?

You will get immensely more inquiries if you post some pictures. I'm guessing that the asking price means that it is leased land.

Yes, a real estate posting without a link to some pictures ain't gonna work.

Maybe someone can post the photobucket instructions. ;)

The house sets on a leased lot - $1200 a year.
I tried to include two photos but received message I had gone over alotted space.
I will gladly email photos or if someone would instruct how to lodge multiple photos, I will do so.
Thank you for your comments.

Posting photos here by uploading can be a pain in the butt. There's a file size limit, 50 kb I think.

Best to put them on a photo sharing site and provide a link. That way you can post ads on other websites and just include the link.

Maybe make a craigslist post and post that link.

Jeff, good luck on your sale, the Puertecitos area is gorgeous. Here in Nomadlandia you'll encounter an abundance of tire kickers intent on convincing you of their prowess, with no intent of buying whatsoever. Be patient. The usual suspects apply. A craigslist post and link is an excellent choice (SF&H) ..... lookie-loos abound here.

What's the current status of the hot springs now? Admission costs, hours, friendliness, etc. Also, does your enclave have boat launching capabilities? If so, how far, easy, and secure?

I don't have a BUCKET LIST, but I do have a F***- IT LIST a mile long!

We don't have boat launching facilities at Bahia Cristina. People launch out of La Costilla or Puertecitos.
The hot springs are in very nice shape. The fee to enjoy them is nominal ($5) as I recall, but it's been awhile.
The people at Bahia Cristina are friendly and the restaurant owners, Hector and Cristina are great.
Thanks, Bajabudda. I'll keep in mind your advice.

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

It really does look like a great deal for the asking price.
