That photo brings to mind the first time we drove down. We had the Adventure book and whoever was not driving would read about what was coming up next. I think it was just south of Catavina when I read to Jim about the boulder field and he asked me how far is the next thing to look for. I looked down at the book and said...............200km

Peterson just didn't have enough room in his book for it all... There is no 200 kms. in Baja with 'nothing'!!!

The map from 1962 shows an area most considered full of nothing... Just ask the Pole Line Road Gang if 'nothing' is there!

I am still trying to meet up with Antonio, who has the second printing of the 'got baja?' large stickers (made at his printing company)... I got an email from him today saying he has been in El Rosario working many days so he can take off time when his new baby arrives, soon!

Many, many have sent me emails and U2Us asking for my stickers... As soon as I get them, I will be sending them out!

David,

I proudly display my Got Baja stickers on both of my trucks. I was lucky enough to get a couple at the Baja Cactus Fiesta last summer.

But I do have friends who would like them. Please let me know how to get one or two more.

Hey...did you ever here from Alfonsina's? I didnt...guess I am going there in a blind spot for a room. I'll charge the room to you if you dont mind

Yankee,

Just put it on Ted Underhill's American Express card. Fletch has the number.

Yankee, If you come by my place (or we meet) when you're in San felipe, I just might find a "Got Baja" decal for you.

I will announce when they are back in stock here in Oceanside... in my Baja Notebook (link at bottom of all my posts on Nomad). I did email BajaCactus and asked if we could see him in Tijuana this weekend... I will get them then. He forgot to take them to El Rosario where I hoped to pick them up over New Years weekend.

If all goes well, Elizabeth and I are going to Tijuana Sunday... Yes, to see Antonio and Lorenia... and yes, we will return with the new 'got baja?' stickers.

Yankee... read you U2U.

Everyone who has emailed or U2U'd me a request for them... they will be shipped Monday (if I got to see Antonio Sunday).

The rest of you, please wait to send me your request until I post that I have them, Thank you!
