SENTRI Lanes

Thank you Nomads for the SENTRI crossing tips - I took the 201/2000 route to Otay, followed one of the travel site directions to the SENTRI lane. Took me 3 minutes to cross...my father in law (I am in the process of getting him his SENTRI pass) took two hours to cross. The pass is worth every penny for someone like me who only gets to spend a couple weeks twice a year in Baja. Oh, my husband flew back from Loreto and the SENTRI allows for global entry so he cleared customs in a jiffy at LAX.

Yes- SENTRI is definitely worth the investment.

It's one of those rare items that actually pays for itself many times over.

We have used our sentries for both crossing into the US as well as airport travel.
The airport travel is even a bigger time saver than the driving NOB.
