Roadtrip mulege

Be carefully whit the highway from el Rosario to cataviña.
The road is on very bad conditions.

Llegen a comer a mama espinoza en el rosario.
80 km up ahead san Quintín.
You can eat Mexican food and seafood.
Los chilaquiles are very spicy.

Good to know about the chilaquiles, I can find great tacos just about anywhere, but chilaquiles seem to be just a Baja thing. It has been quite a few years since I ate there, so I am overdue.

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

Chilaquiles are not a baja thing. I have eaten them all over Mexico from Matzatlan to Progresso. It is my breakfast of choice.

Yeah, chilaquiles are everywhere over here. The choices are with-without chicken, with-without egg, green or red sauce.

I like it but it can be one of the heaviest breakfast choices if they really pile on the cheese. But it makes for good, reheated leftovers. I usually order w/o egg, with chicken and go back and forth between green and red.
