"It is about 80% complete. No recent work due to Newton and the storm yesterday. The access on the north side is functional for launching."

the floating part is not there

the boat guy launched a fiberglass 19foot cutty cabin pretty easily

Low tide has always been a concern there; is it worse now than before? My way of getting around that is to just avoid low tide and plan trips when the tides are favorable.
