Notary Services in SF

Can anyone here supply me a address and phone number of a good notary in San Felipe? Also....anything wrong with the below quote?

Quoted for a lease:
"notary, who also takes care of the recording. This time there was also a new requirement -- they were with a written translation of the legal document, as well as an oral translation on the spot by an interpreter. There is, of course, a modest fee for the expediting of all these services"

There are no notarios in San Felipe. Arrangements must be made to use on in Mexicali. Don't know about the quote.

We are going to be in SF 2/13 - it is about time to sign final papers - is there a way that the papers can be signed in SF ? The first signings we went to Mexicali - a back & forth trip from Vegas - pain in the butt !!!!:?::?::?:

You still have to work with the Notario in Mexicali unless he wants to comesee you in San Felipe.
