FORD FOCUS 12. OK FOR DRIVING IN SAN FELIPE BEACH?

Hi everyone, well i never driven by myself to San felipe, but i have gone there several times with the family when i was younger. I've been planning to go a one day trip..maybe 2 with the Girlfriend..it would be nice to drive all the way to Gonzaga bay as i went there with my dad once, and its an amazing place, but perhaps for starters San felipe would do.
Anyway, do you think my car will be drive through the campgrounds? i heard either Ruben's or Kiki's are good places.

Thanks!

driving

The roads you'd be driving are all paved. The campground at Gonzaga Bay is "Rancho Grande" administered by the store there. There is about a half mile of a smooth dirt road to the actual camping area and it's right on the beach - a lovely place to camp.

Kiki's is fine in SF. Your car won't have any trouble with that road. A couple of blocks of dirt north of the malecon, IIRC.

Nope....road several blocks from SF downtown is paved to Kiki's, as are all the roads in that part of town...camping there is on sand lot where RV's also park (alongside the motel units...bathroom and showers), each with its own raised " deck" (stairs up to a platform where a tent could be set up if you want). :light:
