Filming Footage

A note from Dana Brown: Dust2Glory

To Baja 1000 racers, their support crews, and all the fans-
My crew and I will be filming for the new Dust 2 Glory. You are the stars of the film, and while we have many cameras on the ground, in the air and on camera vehicles, we (obviously) won't be able to get all the interesting events that happen during the race. So if you or your team members record something you think would be of value for our film, please let us know.

It is a great honor for me to be doing this again and my hope is to make all of you in this sport proud. I look forward to seeing you down there. I will be the guy with the big grin on his face.

Dana Brown

Our basic camera settings are 4k and 23.98fps, but if you have captured something really special, I'm sure we will figure out a way to work with it! Screen credit will be given for any footage used in the film.

You can contact us for submissions at markdbfilms@gmail.com

Yeah. A lot has changed since the first D2G. Cameras are everywhere now. I bet people will hand over a ton of footage.

All they offer is screen credit? That is worth nothing.
They are a business with intention to market the movie, profit from the movie.
They should compensate photographer.
No photographer should give their work away to a for-profit without compensation.
