does anyone know the name of that high mountain peak just south of San Francisco de La Sierra?

INEGI website has an online map that has most all of the geographic names for INEGI geographic/map products.
If you wait a bit, Mr. Map will probably post all of the gringo-made maps for that area. I predict he will post no less than 5

Baja Almanacs (neither version) don't list a name
none of my maps (I have a few) list a name
it's a true Baja mystery
