Long Term Rental Wanted - or rent-to-own

Greetings,

My wife and I plan to relocate to East Cape in April or May. We are seeking a 6-12 month rental and are open to an option-to-buy situation. We are looking for 2-4 bedrooms within walking of the beach.

We really like Los Zacatitos and Cabo Pulmo and are open to rentals anywhere on the East Cape. Also we will consider the ocean side so please feel free to send any listings in Pescadero, Todos Santos, etc. our way!

Thanks & Happy New Year!

I have a friend who lives in the compound of East Cape RV. They often have casitas and other accommodations for rent or to buy. One advantage to Los Barriles is that it is warmer during the winter in comparison to Loreto...but Loreto is a great place to put down roots.
