Reliable propane vendor at Bajamar

My father's "go to" guy is a scam artist & I really hope he hasn't been ripping him off for years. I asked for "about one hundred dollars" of gas. He ran 13 litres then closed the valve. Then restarted for the remainder of the fill. Printed 1st fill on one side of the ticket and 2nd fill on the other. Added the two together and came out to 1890 pesos which was hand written on the ticket. But said the amount in dollars was printed on the ticket.... Yep, he claimed the 109 showing for the 1st 13 liter fill was the amount due in dollars. About a 20 dollar difference. Multiply this by a few fills a day and he's got a good little racket going. Anyways, I paid in pesos ;-)
Long story short, can anyone recommend a reliable trustworthy propane guy in bajamar?
P.s. I probably wouldn't be so annoyed had the but not been 5 hours late and 4 phone calls later but... Es Mexico :-)

There are several gas companies that fill residential tanks. I don't know if the trucks that service BajaMar come from Ensenada or Rosarito Know your tank capacity, ask your neighbors

Know the size of the tank...in liters.
They don't like to fill them over 90% for gas expansion.
Read the gauge and establish the volume, in liters, required to bring it up to whatever point you desire.
Establish the liter price before the operator begins the fill.
A bit of simple math will give you your cost.
Any discrepancies, call the gas company. They won't tolerate thieving representatives.
Good tips buy good service.

Since Les passed away, the gas guy is non-escorted by a Bajamar resident.

Times change, had to learn all of the stuff mentioned
