a great trip report David, wife and I are headed out to recreate the loop ourselves
Any idea what the deal is with that bookstore in Loreto? I have passed it dozens of times and never actually seen it open?

Yes, I hear from my Loreto Nomad amigo it has been closed recently....
EDIT:
From Loreto:
David, I finally noticed that the Loreto Bookstore is open once again. I stopped by today and talked to Jeanine for a while and gave her the books.
She was quite grateful and said that she just sold her last copy two days ago, so good timing.

Here on Nomad, the Photobucket images are no longer sized to fit the page and have watermarks, but not where I also shared the trip report on Tacoma
World... odd?? I have been paying to prevent that.
Here is the trip report, as it should appear: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/2017-baja-expedition-2-c...
