Use Xoom.com to put $$ on your telcel phone.

Xoom.com worked great. Good alternative to the website when it's not working but there was a 1.50 dollar fee.

Yes, i believe that i am an amigo plan. I bought a prepaid telcel chip and stuck it in an old iphone and add 50 pesos every couple months just to keep it active for an emergency if my google fi phone doesn't work.
