Vacation hold with Telmex?

Does anyone have any experience if Telmex has a program that have "vacation holds?" In the past when I return to the States for 3 or 4 months I have been paying approx. 400 pesos a month for the land line (which I don't really use) and the Internet. Do they have a vacation hold? Does anyone have a direct line to any English speaking department at Telmex?

Thanks,
Howard

Howard,
Alex across the street from me in Lopez takes his modem in to TelMex and puts his account on vacation and then picks his modem up again when he returns.

Been doing this for years.

Don't know if they have English speakers, tho'. . . but Alex doesn't speak hardly any Spanish.

Use to live on those Super Burritos and still good for one now and again but prefer the Billy at Beach Mex.
