I'm pretty sure you're not looking for this kind of housing, but I have stayed many many times at the newish Hyatt Place La Paz. The people who work there have always been friendly and helpful -- even the wifi internet is fast. If you're looking for
clean, new, corporate - this is the place.

Thanks, Jim! For the guide, I am not detailing services in cities, as you can find everything in the bigger towns. I want to help people locate things
they may need in the boonies or smaller towns. I do appreciate hearing recommendations in cities, however. La Paz is a place I would like to know of a
good RV park. One has been provided and it sounds like the place I was on my honeymoon camping trip in 1985... That was the Los Aripes ... (something)
campground. Maybe the place AKgringo mentioned today?

I'll suggest several which I have not visited but believe good options where few exist:
Constitucion Area
Balneario RV, SW edge of town, 1 km off MX-1.
Palapa 206, W side of MX-1 4.8 km south of MX-1 & MX-22.
La Paz
Agua Marina, just off MX-1 northern end of waterfront.

I can vouch for this! Super cool place. Quiet and comfortable with old school, Baja rancho set up. Outside of the recent Todos "hustle" and rates.
Hope to get back there soon.

I will be driving in no hurry as I want to see anything that may be of interest. Only very brief description of any listings would be in the guide.
The idea is to just let travelers know what they might find and where they might get fuel, rooms, camping spots, food, and take photos. I could very
well miss something and things can change overnight... The beauty of an online guide is instant editing with new data. I look forward to all of your
input when you see changes from what is or isn't in the guide.
This TRIP (#6) may (or may not) accomplish travel to these sites:
Research Day 1:
San Ignacio to El Datil, San Juanico, Las Barrancas, La Purisima.
Day 2:
To San Miguel Comondu, Santo Domingo, Lopez Mateos.
Day 3:
To Puerto San Carlos, Constitucion, Mission San Luis Gonzaga, La Pasion.
Day 4: To Mission Dolores overview, Los Burros, San Evaristo, La Paz.
The next few days may be done as day trips out from La Paz.
Day 5: Cape Region: Santiago side.
Day 6: Cabo Pulmo & Los Cabos
Day 7: Cape Region: Todos Santos side
Day 8: To La Aguja-Punta Conejo-Puerto Chale-Puerto Cancun
Day 9: To Bahia Agua Verde
Day 10: To Ligüí-Loreto
Day 11: North, Mulegé, maybe to Mission Guadalupe? If more days are needed in Sur, then it is open. Weather and my old bones driving so much may need
a break or two, as well.
IF anyone has something they wish to share to help a local Baja business (motel, campground, restaurant, tourist service) in these places, I
appreciate hearing about them so I can try it or mention it.

So much Baja, so little time!
When in La Paz, are you going to get a chance to check out the drive out through Pichilinque to Playa Tecolote? There are several beaches along that
stretch.
Then there is La Ventana with two routes south to the East cape area, one dirt, and one paved.
If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

Yes, Elizabeth and I were there in La Paz, in 2012, with Baja Tripper (Steve) on our summer trip. I will get in all the cool places I can to record
for the map and guide.
What I can't get in this year can be added in later... this guide will be a living resource all of us can contribute towards. Thank you!
