Ajenjo
Ok, after trashing GARY'S La Fonda ( Which it deserved ), I'm going to Wax Poetic about Ajenjo. A fabulous place, great bar, outstanding food and
owned by a Cordon Bleu trained chef! Happy Hour of course, but don't count on chips and salsa. I grabbed the address from trip advisor, but think 5
minutes south of Rosato in the twin towers.

Ajenjo: wormwood; It is grown as an ornamental plant and is used as an ingredient in the spirit absinthe as well as some other alcoholic drink.
I haven't eaten there but enjoyed some beers at the adjoining taco restaurant,Latitud 54'59'

I was curious too, so I did a search; Ajenjo = wormwood, absinthe
If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!
