Housing for December

Hello,

I was referred to this site by Shari in Ascuncion, forgive me if I don't use the right forum to post this request.
My family of 4 is looking for a small home to rent, with 2 well-behaved dogs, for the month of December. We are hoping to keep the rent at $800 or less. We don't require much room, just something fairly close to the beach and water activities. We'd love to integrate with the community as well. My husband will be traveling stateside during the month so proximity to the airport is vital. Also, looking specifically in the Todos Santos and Pescadero areas.

No luck for my specific search on AirBnB and CL didn't have much to offer either.
Thanks for the recommendations, though.

Post a free ad in Baja Western Onion. I covers the Todos Santos area. However, Todos is now very popular and cheap rentals in the winter are scarce

I agree, Nov to March are the months I am able to make a little money. Beats B.C or Washington, Oregon, etc. Esp a 2bdr small house w/two dogs! Lot's of demand for rentals like Cielo says. And, since you're an Amiga de Shari it might be more! ja, ja. U2U, mssg, me about my place. Todo posible. ps teenage animals or children?? Ex teacher, retired, living in Pescadero. Tomas ( One of Shari's many amigos)

Thank you, Blanca and Les. We don't mind winters and snow. We're skiers too. Last year we had 6' of snow in our yard 😳
Just want a different experience for the kids this year.
