Old Country Inn

Does anyone have the contact info for The Old Country Inn located I believe on exit 65 west of Yuma near the Tecate crossing.
I tried to find it on the net with no luck.
That might not be the exact name but it's something like that.
Maybe Ye Old Country Inn.
