Baja dream home financing?

The baja beach home of my dreams has been offered to me. But alas, I find that I do not have the financial means available to make it happen.
Don't feel too bad because I still have my fishcamp. But really there is no comparison.
My place can never be as cool as the dream home.
So there it is...
Is there any possible way to get a baja home financed? Instutionaly or privately?
This place is a well established Corporation.

This may be one of those things that is just out of my reach. But I gotta try...
It's one of those timing is everything... things. 2 or 3 more years of "nose to the grindstone" and I could probably buy it outright.
So any and all suggestions, ideas, smart donkey comments, etc are welcomed and encouraged... so let 'er rip!

Sell something. Blood, kidney, liver. That's all I got. Maybe a rent to own? Doesn't hurt to ask for owner financing.

It’s a buyers market. They will eventually accept half their current asking price. Patience, grasshopper.
