Quick trip to San Ignacio and Vizcaino today

Les and I went on a quick trip to San Ignacio and I thought I would post some photos for those of you who miss it!

PART TWO:

Then we went to Vizcaino and as we always do, we ate at Marthitas- clean, fast, reasonable, and muy bueno!

As we are eating, a gentleman comes up and says "Blanca?" and I say "Si" and he says "Soy papa de Alberto Pioquinto".

Alberto is one of the scholarship students! He is majoring in Renewable Energy engineering in Santa Rosalia. His family lives at the Laguna de San Ignacio although Alberto himself lived with an uncle and aunt in La Bocana while he went to high school. I had only met mom and dad once or twice before, so I didn't recognize them.

So great to have a chat with them and I invited them to the Dec. 19th party for all the kids.

And always remember, life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by those moments that take our breath away.
