No is does not officially. It is an extension to the campo by the owner of punta final. He built those condo's some years ago. Had a good start but then the project died for some reason. They are mostly left unfinished. One guy does live over there.

Last time I was there the road was gated and locked. Heard from a local American couple who had a place there it was owned by some high powered someone in Mexico who used it for a get away spot.

There’s a nice small cove past the buildings. There’s deep sand past the buildings where you can easily get stuck. My truck almost flipped on its side going up that dune. That was over 5 years ago.

4X4, no it is not open to the public, it is a private beach. If it is open that means the people that own one of the houses is there, and he is not a high powered anything, just a nice guy.
