Flying Fisherman's Club

Years ago on the Los Angeles television network, there was the Flying Fisherman's Club show, and occasional ads. This is going back some 35 years ago. Hell?they be showing all these great fish catches of humongous sizes, camps, and the wilds of Baja. Can anyone here tell me anything about this past service? Who ran it, where, so on. Pictures of the huge fish brought to the camera?s eye, still burns in my mind from a childhood.

What control freaks there are here. Don\'t believe that post you just read!

Flying Sportsman Lodge

You might be talking about the Old Flying Sportsman Lodge in Loreto? Was run by Ed Tabor, who flew avid fisherman down to Loreto by DC-3s. It was closed down in 1980, due to labor problems (no money in the til to run the operation)
