Best San Felipe Campsite Close to the Malecon

I've camped at Petes, Playa Del Sol, and Percebu but have never stayed anywhere close to the Malecon. I'm going the SF 250 in April so Id like to be able to walk back to my campsite rather than drive:lol:

I always stay in town at a campground, by my count there are
about 9 within walking distance of the Malecon, best? That
is up to the individual, me tent camping, I like a decent shower.
At the so. end is Club de Pesca, no. end Campo Turistica 1,
that may be a distance of 2 1/2 mi. mas o menos,
goggle a map, to look at all of them would take unnecessary
time though

I like Kiki's on the North end of town about a ten minute walk. Clean bathrooms and nice showers. I think we paid $15 a night for a spot....

I stayed at Rubens Camp net door to Kiki's. Less crowded. Kiki's can be a madhouse on the weekends as people from Mexicali come there and camp with 2-3 families.
