Tijuana's "Zona Norte" is like a adult Disneyland for men, and almost as safe as Disneyland, as a few people have been killed in Disneyland too.
Although, I will admit, the Tijuana, tourism board, would advise tourist to stay away from the area.
Years ago it was rumored there was a "Gentlemen's agreement, among the cartel members, not to take their disagreements to the adult playground.
I don't know if that's true or not, but for years, there were no gangland killings inside the bars, except for a few personal vendettas. So
obviously, these new cartels haven't read the memo, but still shootings are very rare inside a bar, although shootings outside the bars are more
common, but it's usually has to do with a turf war. And to date, there has never been a mass shooting inside a bar.
Joerover, is not being serious, and the fake Red Mercury, is posting old news.
I suspect both of these guys are what you call "incels,"which is short for involuntarily celibates, which are frustrated men, who get rejected by
women, because they lack social skills, but they see themselves as ugly men, and see women as cruel mean females who enjoy rejecting beta males.
Incels, have been in the news lately for going on shooting sprees to get revenge for being rejected by women.
Personally, I have long suspected that people or even terrorists, who go on shooting sprees, that's it's "usually "incel" related.
So I believe places like the "Zona Norte" serves an outlet and real need for some men.
It's a shame sexual repression is so strong in the Americas.
