Occasional use PMB in SY?

Without annual account fee;
Pay-per-use only, reasonable amount;
With online registration - I'm far North now;
Must hold for at least 2 weeks before charging storage fees;
Must not return to sender after 2 weeks, - I would rather pay storage fees;
Must accept USPS, not just Fedex and UPS.

Found one place: http://www.24-7postal.com/en/. No USPS without annual account, $10 per, PLUS the actual parcel fee from $2-3. Not good.

One of the biggest challenges of not living in the States.

There are several in SY, but it looks like nobody has what I want. Close to the border the demand is too high, vendors are spoiled.
Further North I can get virtual PMB with street address online, for free, paying a few dollars only when receiving, without actual keyed "box" - nobody the box these days.

You don't know someone in San Diego you can use their address? Maybe offer them some money? You know, the capitalist way.
