SOLD Punta Bufeo - SOLD


Selling my Baja retreat. There is a complete solar system, a giant garage, a concrete and wood shade structure, an enclosed kitchen, a bathroom with shower, solar hot water heater and a 8x10 room above the kitchen. The solar system is about 1 year old. It consists of 12 Trojan T105 batteries, an Outback FM80 charge controller, a 24v 2000 watt samlex pure sine inverter and 2 335 Watt noncrystalline panels. Asking price is 25K. Land lease is 1650 a year and is on 2 lots.

Technically no but people still fly in regularly and the camp owners maintain the runway.
