No … I'm sorry … will edit the original post; with the current lease agreements for both lots, it is just under $380 / MONTH.

Thanks for catching that!

So what is the rent for the one lot that the house is on? What do you get for the lease, just the property or other services? Cool looking place...

Suggestion: please put the GPS coordinates (google earth) so people can zoom in on the Oasis to see where your property is located in relationship to the park and neighbors, accessibility, etc.

advrider … the lease payment for the lot with the house / garage is approx. $225 / month with our current lease agreement. With that you get garbage pick up 6 days a week, Community Club House, Boat Lift, and Auto Pit. The landlord is responsible for the maintenance of the distribution of the water, power, and of the roadways.

Thank you for the information, I'm a couple of years out from the Mexico dream. Your place is just about the perfect size and look. I'm trying to learn all I can about buying in Baja that's why I'm asking all of the questions but they might help others too? So you own the house but lease the property, how many years is the lease good for? I have a forest service cabin in the states that works the same way. Thanks again...
