Annual Mexican Fishing License- San Felipe, Guerrero Negro, or Mulege

Since the online site below stopped selling annual licenses while they reorganize, does anyone know if a license can be obtained enroute down Mex 5 or Mex 1 in:
San Felipe, Guerrero Negro, Santa Rosalia, or Mulege ?
They have been saying "next week" for quite a while, but at least someone is there to answer queries?

thanks, Jay

If you are not yet SOtB and can either stop in at Conapesca (San Diego) or have sufficient time (They are closed weekends and holidays and work shortened days) to do this via USPS mail here is a source for licenses. Note you must include a SelfAddressedSTAMPEDEnvelope for them to return to you, and a Money Order or Bank check as they do not accept personal or business checks, nor credit cards

You can also stop in to their facility M-F
2389 Fifth Avenue
San Diego, CA.92101
Tel: (619) 233-4324
They have their own parking lot.

In the past it has been posted that the Tourist office in San
Felipe sell them, I would not count on that though. Some
tackle stores in San Diego sell them, Squidco, Fishermans
Landing
