La Cueva del Pirata

Just west of Camalu (north of San Q)

It's my understanding there are spaces for an RV.

Don't need a "space" per se.....just a relatively flat spot for an overnighter in a 28' travel trailer with tow vehicle left hooked up.

Is the restaurant open everyday?
Bean and cheese burritos is fine.

Arrival on either a sunday or monday.

thats a great spot if you want to be over looking the water. Rough road to get there. Restaurant should be open and theres several campsites. Most restaurants in this area if they close it will generally be tues. or wed.
An alternative thats easier on the equip. turn west across from CFE sub station in Vincient guererro follow the road to Don Diego's. Lots of spaces and pretty good restaurant open three meals a day.

I've seen small RV's there. But not sure would accommodate a larger one esp. if there are campers & other RVs.

I was just there in Feb on a Sunday night. The road out is dirt but not rough, any passenger car can do it, even an RV. I have a great picture of the camping sights from the balcony of our room we stayed in, I have never posted a picture here. Great Ocean view. Beats Don Diego’s any day of the year. Restaurant was open. Camping is $150 peso with out facilities and $200 with use of RR. Room w ocean view was $500 pesos. I can send pic u2u, can you post it?

Go to www.postimages.org
Click the menu at the line that says keep original size and select 800 pixels for full Nomad width or the next smaller, 640 pixels... Perfect for all forums.
Select the photos from your PC and then use the hot link for forums [img] tags to copy and paste here.
It's super easy and free! It also doesn't reduce quality like reducing kb file size does.
You can post many photos but double space between the links and type in captions to tell us about each photo.
